Mr. Moss has been a CPA for 40 years specializing in small business accounting and tax related issues.
He is well versed in the areas of tax law for individuals, partnerships, corporations, S-Corporations, LLCs
and estates and trusts. He is experienced in complex tax issues associated with individual and business
tax planning, retirement plans, retirement considerations, financial and succession planning as well
as estate and gift tax issues. He has had experience in business management, financial planning and
forensic accounting in business and marital litigation cases. His expertise extends to the businesses of
manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, professional and personal service entities as well as non profit and
exempt organizations. Mr. Moss has an extensive list of professional organizations and individuals he
