Mr. Sobelman is the managing partner of the firm
and the engagement partner for many of the firm's
largest clients. Mr. Sobelman began his career in
1974 with the Internal Revenue Service as a field
auditor and in large-case audit Mr. Sobelman's
industry expertise includes manufacturing, food
services, law firms, health care and entertainment He
has assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions.
Cost Accounting Systems, Operations, Cash Flow
planning, financing and other long term planning
negotiations. Mr. Sobelman continues to spend a
significant amount of his time in the tax planning
area and handling tax audits. His many years of
hands on experience enable him to be a significant
contributor to the firm's clients.
